Our IQF broccoli is harvested at peak crown density, washed in chilled water, separated into florets, blanched precisely 90 seconds in steam tunnels (locking colour and nutrition), then immediately tunnel-frozen at -35°C.
The result is deep emerald-green florets with crisp texture, separate-flow bag presentation, and minimal cell damage. Ideal for retail consumer packs, ready-meal manufacturers, food service operators, and HoReCa kitchens needing kitchen-ready vegetable inputs.
