BRC + HACCP
BRC-certified IQF Egyptian mango — Keitt and Zebda varieties, deep golden flesh, individually quick frozen as dices or slices. Wholesale to EU smoothie, dairy, bakery, and private label operators.
Egyptian mango is renowned for its sweet, fibre-low flesh and intense aromatic profile — particularly the Keitt and Zebda varieties grown in Ismailia and Sharqia governorates. We harvest at full ripeness, blanch, peel, dice or slice, then IQF freeze at -35°C within 6 hours of cutting.
The result is bright golden cubes that flow freely from the bag — no clumping, no oxidation. Suitable for smoothie mixes, yogurt parfaits, mango lassi production, ice cream inclusion, bakery filling, and retail-pack frozen fruit.
