Peak HarvestJun–Sep (year-round IQF from cold storage)
Egyptian mango is renowned for its sweet, fibre-low flesh and intense aromatic profile — particularly the Keitt and Zebda varieties grown in Ismailia and Sharqia governorates. We harvest at full ripeness, blanch, peel, dice or slice, then IQF freeze at -35°C within 6 hours of cutting.
The result is bright golden cubes that flow freely from the bag — no clumping, no oxidation. Suitable for smoothie mixes, yogurt parfaits, mango lassi production, ice cream inclusion, bakery filling, and retail-pack frozen fruit.
