Pomegranate arils are the small ruby-coloured seed sacs inside the fruit — labour-intensive to extract, prized for antioxidant content and visual appeal. Our facility uses a hybrid hand-and-machine de-seeding process that preserves aril integrity (no broken sacs, no white pith).
After de-seeding, arils are gently rinsed, drained, IQF frozen at -35°C, and packed for direct retail use or industrial inclusion. A premium product with strong growth in the EU functional-food, super-fruit, and ready-to-eat retail categories.

Ocean shipping is the lowest-carbon mode per tonne-kilometre — roughly 17× lower than air freight for the same cargo. We can issue a per-shipment carbon statement on request for CSRD / GHG-Protocol Scope 3 reporting.
