Direct sea freight from Egyptian ports to every major EU import hub. Cold-chain reefer containers, full documentation, DDP delivery available across all destinations.
Before you commit to a full container, evaluate the product on your line. We courier a 1 kg IQF or fresh sample box to qualified EU buyers with full specification documentation.
We supply six distinct buyer profiles across the EU food industry — each with its own pack-size, MOQ, and documentation requirements. We adapt to yours.
Wherever you are in Europe — we can import, package, and deliver to your door.
The most common procurement, logistics, and compliance questions we receive — answered up front so you can move fast.
Our standard MOQ is 1 × 20ft FCL per product — roughly 18–24 MT depending on pack density. For mixed containers, we accept up to 5 SKUs in one 20ft FCL provided each SKU is at least 4 MT.
For first-time buyers, we can also arrange a 1 × 40ft FCL with 6–8 mixed SKUs to support range testing before scaling up.
For IQF frozen products from cold storage: 4–6 weeks from confirmed PO to discharge at the EU destination port (3 weeks production+packing, 1–2 weeks sea freight).
For fresh produce: 2–3 weeks during peak harvest season. Out of season, fresh availability is limited — see the seasonal calendar above.
DDP delivery to your warehouse adds 3–7 days depending on inland distance from the discharge port.
Yes — this is one of our core service models. You appear as the consignee on the bill of lading and customs entry, retaining full VAT recovery and direct ownership of the import record in your country.
We act as the Egyptian shipper, handle export documentation, coordinate freight, and pass clean documentation directly to your broker. No middleman between your customs file and the BRC-certified Egyptian source.
Yes. We apply your label, your design, and your country-specific regulatory information at our BRC-certified factory in Egypt — covering 10 kg, 20 kg, 25 kg cartons plus retail-ready 400g / 750g / 1 kg consumer packs.
Minimum private label run: 1 × 20ft FCL per SKU. Artwork lead time: 7–10 days from approved design files.
Our IQF production line is BRC Global Standard for Food Safety (Grade A) certified, with full HACCP implementation. Every shipment carries: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, EUR.1 Movement Certificate (Egypt–EU preferential origin), and Phytosanitary Certificate.
Additional certifications available on request: ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, Halal, Kosher — depending on the destination market and buyer requirement.
Yes — see the Sample Request section above. We courier a 1 kg sample box of up to 5 SKUs to qualified EU buyers, with full specification documentation, BRC certificate copy, and indicative pricing.
Free for verified buyers (registered company + clear volume intent). Self-pay option at €25 / box covers DHL Express to any EU destination.
All four standard Incoterms: FOB Damietta, CIF (any EU port), CFR, and DDP (door delivery anywhere in the EU).
DDP includes inland trucking, full customs clearance under our Lithuanian VAT, and reefer-truck final delivery — the simplest option for buyers who want a single invoice with no surprises.
Standard terms: 30% advance T/T on PO confirmation, 70% on shipment (against scanned BL copy). For repeat orders and verified buyers we offer Letter of Credit, CAD (Cash Against Documents), and 30/60-day open account on a case-by-case basis.
All invoicing is issued from Mercantix UAB (Lithuania, EU VAT) so EU buyers benefit from clean intra-community invoicing and standard EU VAT mechanics.
Our production facility is BRC-audited Grade A and operates under full HACCP implementation. Every container leaves Egypt with the documentation EU customs and your buyers require.
